Trouble with carpal tunnel in my wrist

I’ve had intermittent trouble with carpal tunnel in my wrist and fingers since my college theatre days, and now that I’ve started embroidery, it flares up often. I’m not giving up my needlecraft, so I’d appreciate suggestions for … well, anything I can do to reduce the stress.

I’ll take them all under consideration, and I promise, I will talk to a Doctor if it gets any worse. Until then, it’s back to the wrist brace and try each of these other ideas to see how they work for me. Truly, THANK YOU!
