Last month someone posted a finish of a balloon design. I was looking for something to make for a friend, and the balloon was perfect! I have changed the colours a bit and added a few beads (the recipient hates green). Post Views: 52
I made three more tinies from the famous Seurat painting (A Sunday Afternoon on the Island of La Grande Jatte). I turned one into a bookmark. Finished the edges with blanket stitch and the back with iron on interfacing.🥰 Post Views: 53
This one was a bit more challenging than I thought it would be but I’m pretty happy with how it turned out. I like these dimensions petite ones, smaller, less costly to frame and takes up less wall space. (As I can’t stop working on new projects. Lol) I changed the pink flowers to lavender….
I spent 16 months working on this almost every night. 100,000 stitches. Around 2′ x 3′. Created pattern from the beautiful painting “Hand of God” by Yongsung Kim. Edit: Thank you so much, everyone! I didn’t expect such a big response. I love looking through this group and seeing everyone’s beautiful work 🙂 Post Views:…
